From start to finish learn the tips and tricks of cooking tasty, traditional dishes with the help of your food expert. Choose a menu that speaks to your inner foodie and prepare to indulge the senses.

What to expect

Discover seasonal, fresh produce in Dolac farmers market and taste some of the most renowned specialities that abound in this food lovers paradise.

After checking out where all our ingredients come from, its time to return to the culinary studio, and prepare three delicious courses, with the assistance of your food expert.

Now the best part! The Eating! With knife, fork and spoon in hand, savour the fruits of your labour, sit and relax with a glass of Croatian wine, and taste your authentic Croatian meal. Eat, drink and be merry.


For cooking class, you can choose between several menus:


Croatian cuisine

  • Hake spread
  • Istrian Chicken stew with fuži pasta
  • Apple fritters

Zagreb cuisine

  • Eingemachtes (chicken minestrone with liver dumplings)
  • Pork chops with potato or Green beans in butter and breadcrumbs
  • Seasonal strudel (apple, apricot, plum)

Continental Croatia

  • Greblica from Rude (flat bread with farmhouse cheese)
  • Pork tenderloin Stubica (stuffed tenderloin with prunes in cream sauce)
  • Semolina or apple pie made with shortcrust pastry

Vegetarian Croatia

  • Soparnik (Dalmatian flat bread with chard, garlic and olive oil)
  • Cabbage stew with mashed potato
  • Figs in wine (in the summer) or Seasonal strudel

Coastal Croatia

  • Black cuttlefish risotto
  • Brodetto (fish stew) from island Rab
  • Fritters with fresh young cheese
